Details & Responsibilities of the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Miami, FL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating and monitoring animal transport logistics, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and handling customer inquiries. Other responsibilities include preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Logistics Coordination and Transport Planning experience
  • Knowledge of International Regulations and Compliance related to equine transport
  • Contract Negotiation and Quotation Preparation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in Equine logistics management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
