Discover Singapore this summer on your next Private Jet Flight

This is the island state that goes by so many names. The Little Red Dot, the Lion City – to name but a few. But though Singapore may be small, as countries go, it is mighty.

And if first impressions count, then Changi Airport is putting its best foot forward. This is a city within a city and as your private charter flight touches down, you’ll be glad to head straight into the beautifully air-conditioned airport and out of Singapore’s famous humidity.

While you could easily spend a day shopping here, it’s time to move on and to your hotel. There’s no shortage of luxury hotels in this country but you’ll no doubt want to try out the famous Marina Bay Sands destination, complete with surfboard-swimming pool on its unusually shaped roof.

From the viewing deck on the hotel’s 57th floor you can gaze out across a 360° view of Singapore’s famous skyline, including the iconic Super Trees and lotus inspired ArtScience Museum, both nearby.

Other hotel options might include the grass covered Parkroyal Collection, Pickering with breathtaking views and a collection of suites guaranteeing your comfort, space and privacy.

When it comes to eating out in Singapore, you’ll be dining with the best of them. Join a queue at the famous Hawker centres and choose a dish that will set you back just a few dollars, or spend lavishly at sumptuous restaurants such as Odette, the pastel-coloured restaurant serving modern, French cuisine and housed in the atmospheric National Gallery.

If the heat doesn’t appeal head to Orchard Road, home to the city’s largest shopping malls and connected underground, helping you avoid the soaring temperatures. You’ll find luxury shopping brands as well as plenty of places to grab lunch with food courts in every mall.

You might even use Singapore as your base, hopping back on to your private charter plane and heading to nearby Malaysia or an Indonesian island for a few days.

Back in Singapore and there are plenty of cultural, fun filled ways to spend a morning or two. Head to the aforementioned National Gallery for some world class exhibitions, or the ArtScience Museum to marvel at the latest augmented reality tech.

In the evening head back to Marina Bay, where the Super Trees sing their nightly song combined with a beautiful light show.

And before you head off once again on your chartered air service, why not spend a final night in the bustling CBD area, where you’ll find all the bars and restaurants needed for a memorable last night.

Singapore enjoys a warm, humid climate all year round but is best enjoyed between June and August where humidity and rainfall are at their lowest points and the temperature is around 31°.
